When
Dr. Joe
B. Hall established Fayetteville Diagnostic Clinic in 1957,
he predicted that FDC would be a leading healthcare
provider in Arkansas. Today, with over 25 physicians and providers,
FDC
is
the largest Internal Medicine based sub-specialty clinic in a four
county area
in Northwest Arkansas. Serving a metropolis with a draw area
of 400,000+ people, FDC is the eighth largest medical clinic in
the state.
FDC physicians and staff are committed
to providing compassionate advanced care to every patient. We
recognize patients as friends and neighbors and treat them as
a member of our clinic family. FDC provides primary care
for adults and has a wide array of sub-specialties
including:
Allergy adult
and pediatric
Gastroenterology colon
and digestion
Internal
Medicine primary care
for adults
Nephrology kidney
function
Pulmonary
Medicine lungs
Rheumatology arthritis
and related diseases
Inside FDC, there is a laboratory, imaging center,
pulmonary testing, cardiology testing, and a licensed ambulatory
surgery facility currently used for endoscopic procedures.
FDC is independently owned by the physicians who
practice medicine within its walls and does not have formal affiliations
with any hospitals. Primary Care
and Specialists currently serve Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville.
Several specialists also serve Northwest Medical Center in Springdale and St.
Mary's Hospital in Bentonville.
Growing with the Community
When
Dr. Hall established FDC, it was located in downtown
Fayetteville near Wilson
Park. In
the 1980's the clinic's administration and physicians realized that
additional
space would be required in the future to allow the clinic
to continue
to grow and
provide the same quality patient care. FDC
physicians assumed
a
leadership
role
in
1988
in
forming
North
Hills Medical Park . Formed by thirty
independent
physicians,
ten
of whom were associated with the Fayetteville Diagnostic Clinic, North Hills,
Inc.
purchased and developed 70.1 acres. Today the medical park is a central
location for care in Northwest Arkansas. In 2002, Washington Regional
Medical Center opened a state-of-the-art facility adjacent to the medical park.

Supporting the Community
Over the years, FDC has contributed to our
thriving community in many ways. From supporting the
arts at Walton Arts Center
to sponsoring youth sport teams, FDC actively supports the quality
of life in NWA.
FDC is a major sponsor of American Heart Association's
Heart
Walk and Go Red for Women in Northwest Arkansas since 2002.
