All office hours are by appointment.
If you are an established patient who is ill and need to see
the doctor as soon as possible, please let us know and we will
schecule your appointment for the same day or first available
with the on-call physician.

All appointments are confirmed by a receptionist by email or by phone.
By Phone: Please call
the appropriate department below from 8 a.m. to 5p.m., Monday
through Friday.
Make the Most of Your Appointment
1) Make a list of questions you want to ask.
2) Bring a list of all the medications you take including vitamins. Physicians need to know what medications you are taking before they can prescribe new medications.
3) After your appointment, know your blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar numbers, and keep track of those and other numbers that are important to your health.
